Montville Attic requires a minimum two night booking, below are the rates.
Santa’s Attic
Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 4
2 night weekend – $320
3 night weekend – $450
2 night weekday – $300
Weekly stay – $700
The above rates apply for two people only.
An additional charge of $15 will apply for each additional adult and $10 for children over 12. Children under 12 stay are incur no additional charges.
Country Attic:
2 night weekend – $360
3 night weekend – $480
2 night weekday – $320
Weekly stay – $770
Figtree Cottage:
Two adults two night weekend – $450
Four adults two night weekend – $730
Six adults two night weekend – $1,010
Family, two adults and up to three children under 15 years of age – $700
